You have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive all the goods in the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can click "Withdrawal" or "Confirm Withdrawal" on the page. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the order, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the order. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will inform you of the estimated maximum cost of returning the goods. You need to return the goods within 14 days from the day you receive our acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal.
All returned goods must be sent back with their original packaging, standard accessories, user manual, power cord, consumables, free gifts, and all other items delivered with the product. Goods should show only minimal marks from essential testing, with no additional damage or wear. Normal damage to the outer packaging caused by unpacking for inspection shall not affect the return. If the full set of packaging is intentionally damaged or discarded, we may charge a reasonable packaging depreciation fee.
